When you pay your bills through SafeBet, your funds are processed securely to ensure your bill is paid correctly. Refunds in this context primarily relate to issues with the bill payment itself.

  • Failed or Unsuccessful Bill Payments:

    • If a bill payment initiated through SafeBet fails (e.g., due to incorrect payment details, insufficient funds in your linked account, or a technical error on our part), the original amount debited from your payment method will be refunded to that same method.

    • We will notify you if a payment fails and provide instructions on how to re-attempt the payment.

    • Refunds for failed payments are typically processed within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Incorrect Bill Payment Amounts:

    • If you accidentally pay an incorrect amount for a bill through SafeBet, please contact our support team immediately.

If an overpayment occurred due to a SafeBet error, we will refund the excess amount to your original payment method. 2. SafeBet Coins ($BC) & Betting Outcomes

SafeBet Coins ($BC) are earned by paying your bills on our platform. They are designed to be used for sports betting and to be converted into cash or prizes through our fortnightly cash-out process.

  • $BC are Earned, Not Purchased for Betting:

    • Please understand that $BC are not directly purchased for the purpose of betting. They are a reward for your bill payments. Therefore, $BC themselves are not "refundable" to your original payment method in the same way a direct cash deposit for betting would be on a traditional bookmaker.

    • The value of $BC is realized through the cash-out process or by claiming prizes.

  • No Refunds for Lost Bets (in $BC):

    • The core promise of SafeBet is that you don't lose your own money on bets. When you place a bet with $BC and it doesn't win, the $BC used for that bet are consumed. This is not considered a "loss" of your personal funds, as the $BC were earned as a reward.

    • Therefore, we do not offer refunds of $BC for bets that do not win. The thrill comes from using your earned $BC to try and win more.

  • Cashing Out Winning $BC:

    • Any $BC you accumulate from winning bets can be converted to real cash or prizes during our scheduled fortnightly cash-out periods. This is the primary method by which the value of your $BC is realized.

    • 3. Disputed Bets & Errors in Settlement

While we strive for accuracy, errors can occasionally occur.

  • Reporting a Disputed Bet:

    • If you believe there has been an error in the settlement of your bet (e.g., incorrect odds applied, wrong outcome recorded), you must notify SafeBet support within 24 hours of the bet's settlement time.

    • Please provide all relevant details, including the bet ID, event, your reasoning for the dispute, and any supporting evidence.

  • Investigation and Resolution:

    • Our team will thoroughly investigate your dispute. This may involve reviewing game data, official results, and our internal records.

    • If an error is confirmed, we will adjust your $BC balance accordingly to reflect the correct outcome. This may involve adding $BC to your account or, in rare cases, deducting $BC if an incorrect win was paid out.

4. Account Closure & Remaining Balances

  • Voluntary Account Closure:

    • If you choose to close your SafeBet account, any remaining eligible $BC balance (i.e., $BC not tied to pending bets) can be cashed out during the next scheduled fortnightly cash-out period.

    • You must initiate the cash-out request before or during the account closure process.

  • Account Suspension/Termination:

    • In cases where an account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions (e.g., fraudulent activity, abuse of the system), SafeBet reserves the right to void any earned $BC and withhold any outstanding balances. Each case will be reviewed individually.
