SafeBet offers a unique platform where users can pay eligible bills and, in return, receive SafeBet Coins ($BC) which can then be used for sports betting. Here's the rundown:

• Bill Payments: You can pay a variety of eligible bills (e.g., utilities, rent, pre-pay groceries, phone, subscriptions, school loans/fees, car loans, debt repayments) through our platform using trusted third-party payment processors.

• $BC Earning: For every eligible bill payment successfully processed, you will receive $BC equivalent to 1.5% of the total bill amount (e.g., a $100 bill paid earns 100 $BC). The conversion rate is 1 $BC = $0.015 AUD.

• Sports Betting: You can use your accumulated $BC to place bets on various sports events, utilizing betting types and spreads similar to major online bookmakers.

• No Cash Loss on Bets: The key differentiator: when you bet with $BC, you are not directly risking your own deposited cash. If a bet placed with $BC does not win, you only lose the $BC used for that bet, not the cash value you originally paid for your bill. This is the thrill without the dread!

• Cash-Outs & Prizes: You can convert your winning $BC balance into real Australian Dollars or redeem them for prizes. Cash-outs occur once a fortnight on a Thursday, with no transaction fees or minimum withdrawal amounts. The exchange rate for cash-out is 1 $BC > $0.015 AUD. Prizes are equivalent to their cash value.

• Nature of $BC: SafeBet Coins ($BC) are a virtual currency specific to the SafeBet platform. They are earned as a reward for bill payments and are intended solely for use within the Service for betting and subsequent cash-out/prize redemption.

• No Monetary Value Outside Service: $BC have no monetary value outside the SafeBet Service and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real money with any third party, except through the official SafeBet cash-out process.

• Earning and Use: $BC are earned upon successful bill payment and are immediately available for betting.

• Conversion: The conversion rate for earning $BC from bill payments and for cashing out $BC to AUD is subject to change at SafeBet's sole discretion, though we will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes.

All bets placed on the SafeBet platform are subject to specific betting rules and terms for each sport and event. These rules will be clearly displayed on the platform. By placing a bet, you agree to abide by these specific betting rules. SafeBet reserves the right to void any bet if it is placed in violation of these rules or if there is any suspicion of fraud, collusion, or system manipulation.

SafeBet utilizes trusted third-party payment processors (including but not limited to Stripe, Coinbase Commerce, and PayPal) to facilitate all bill payments. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these third-party payment processors. SafeBet is not responsible for any issues or disputes arising directly from the services provided by these third-party processors, although we will assist where possible.

• Cash-Out Schedule: Cash-outs of eligible $BC balances for AUD occur fortnightly on a Thursday.

• Processing Time: While we process cash-outs promptly, the time it takes for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Prizes: Prizes offered will be equivalent to their stated AUD cash value. Redemption of prizes is subject to availability and any specific terms associated with the prize.

• Taxes: You are solely responsible for any taxes that may apply to your winnings or prizes. SafeBet will not deduct any taxes from your cash-outs or prize redemptions.

You agree to use the SafeBet Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited conduct includes, but is limited to:

• Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, or cheating.

• Using automated systems or software to place bets or manipulate the Service.

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other users' accounts.

• Engaging in any activity that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.

• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users or SafeBet personnel.

• Posting or transmitting any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive material.

• Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Any violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of $BC, and potential legal action.

All content on the SafeBet website and platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of SafeBet or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without explicit written permission from SafeBet.

• No Warranties: The SafeBet Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. SafeBet does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SafeBet, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

• No Financial Advice: SafeBet provides entertainment and rewards for bill payments. We are not a financial institution, nor do we provide financial advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SafeBet, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your (or anyone using your account's) violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

SafeBet reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.

SafeBet may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.
